House is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 garage townhouse in Bruce situated close to UC, shops, and public transport.
Your room is medium size at 2.7 x 3.1 M. The room has a built in wardrobe and close access to the main toilet and bathroom, which would be mostly yours except when we have guests.
Most of the house is pretty well furnished except for your room. Happy to share my fridge, washer, lounge suite, dining table, buffet, and TV. Some space will be available under the house and in the garage for storage. There is some space outside the garage to park your car and off-street parking is also available.
I am an IT nerd with a passion for improvised theatre. I am outgoing but also enjoy my own personal space. I don't mind hanging out or sharing meals or a drink but I'm also cool if we don't do much together.
Looking for an easy going professional in their 20s or 30s. No preference on gender. Sorry no dogs or cats as there isn't yard. Other caged pets considered. Smoking outside ok.
The rent is negotiable. I can change it to include utilities, or I can add the garage to the rent if you have a strong desire for it.
