Quiet, mature person wanted for a room in Giralang. The house has been refurbished and is easy to keep clean. The utility bills are divided fairly between the residents. The bills are low as there is a fuel heating stove, good insulation and an energy efficient hot water system. You would be sharing a bathroom with a male school teacher and sharing kitchen and laundry with him and with the retired female owner of the house. There is a spare room for guests.
My request is that you try to keep the house clean, share chores and respect my dislike of offensive language and my allergy to strong chemical scent, especially aerosols. Your share of the cleaning can be hired out to the owner if you like. I can also supply linen if required.
