En suite room available in The Mansion in BELCONNEN, Australian Capital Territory for sale

We have a bedroom with an en suite available in a spacious, two-storey house in McKellar! The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and has a large and functional kitchen, common loungeroom and laundry with whitegoods provided, a nice backyard that backs onto a walking/cycling track and is only a twenty minute walk to the Belconnen Mall.
Housemates are 20-30 year old working professionals/tradespersons and we are seeking the same for our new housemate. We are a friendly bunch who respect each other's privacy and space, which is easy to do in a house this spacious!
The room is a good size (see pics) and can easily fit a queen-bed and wardrobe with room to spare. The en suite has a toilet, basin and shower. Rent is paid monthly and bills are split evenly amongst housemates and we have a generous internet plan for only $20 per month per housemate.
We are looking for someone pretty much straight away. Someone was lined up to move in last week but had them pull out at the last minute, hence why you might have seen the ad before! It really is a nice room in a great house, and I'm told is probably undervalued conisdering the state of Canberra's rental market!
